A quick and easy keto bread recipe using a keto bread mix, perfect for low-carb and gluten-free baking.
Ingredients
1 cup keto bread mix (almond & coconut flour blend)
1 large egg
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine the keto bread mix and sea salt.
3. Whisk in the egg, water, and olive oil until a thick batter forms.
4. Fold in dried rosemary for added flavor, if using.
5. Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined small loaf pan.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
For extra nutrition, sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseed into the batter.
Toast slices before serving for a crispier texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
A warm slice with grass-fed butter makes a perfect keto snack.
