Description
Fluffy, low-carb keto bread in a mug made in 90 seconds using almond flour, egg, and butter. A quick and satisfying keto meal.
Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour (or 1 tbsp coconut flour)
1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
1 egg (or flax/chia egg)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1 tsp chopped rosemary, 2 tbsp shredded cheese, dash of garlic powder
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add egg and melted butter to the mug and stir thoroughly with a fork.
3. Mix in optional herbs, cheese, or spices if using.
4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
5. Let cool slightly, then run a knife around the edges and remove from the mug.
6. Slice and serve as-is or toast for extra crunch.
Notes
Use a wide mug to avoid overflow and create more surface area for slicing.
Store leftovers in the fridge and toast before serving.
Coconut flour is more absorbent, so use less and increase moisture.
