Crispy, gluten-free, low-carb keto bread crumbs made with almond flour, parmesan, and flaxseed—perfect for baking, breading, and casseroles.
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a dry skillet or baking sheet, toast almond flour, parmesan, and flaxseed for 5–8 minutes until golden and fragrant.
3. Let cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.
4. Add rosemary, garlic powder, and smoked paprika if using.
5. Pulse until you get a coarse, breadcrumb-like texture.
6. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
You can swap rosemary for Italian herbs or add cayenne for a spicy kick.
These crumbs are great on chicken, veggies, or baked casseroles.
